1. Who we are
Deallo Global LLC (“Deallo Global”, “we”, “us”) operates this website, dealloglobal.com. You can reach us by email at info@dealloglobal.com or by post at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom.
This notice covers this website only. The DEALLO app has its own privacy policy, which you can read in the app.
2. What we collect
- When you contact us. The contact form opens your own email app with a message addressed to us, so we receive your enquiry as an email. It contains your name, email address, company (if you give one), the topic you chose and your message. The same applies if you email or call us directly.
- When you visit. Like most websites, our web server automatically records technical details of each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser’s user-agent.
- Your language choice. If you switch between English and Arabic, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or social-media pixels. Our fonts are served from our own server.
3. The DEALLO video
The video on our home page is hosted by YouTube. It loads from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play. From then on, YouTube (Google) receives information such as your IP address and handles it under its own privacy policy.
4. Why we use your information
- To answer your enquiry and continue any conversation you start with us. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or on taking steps you ask for before entering into a contract.
- To keep the website secure and working, using the server records described above. We rely on our legitimate interest in protecting our website.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to, or for automated decision-making.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any relationship that follows, and then we delete them.
- Server records: about two weeks. They are rotated daily and deleted after 14 days.
6. Who else sees it
Our website is hosted in the European Union. The providers that host our website and our email process information on our behalf and only as we instruct. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
7. Your rights
Under data protection law, including the UK GDPR, you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it to you. To make a request, email info@dealloglobal.com. We will reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority where you live.
8. Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle information, we will update this notice and the date at the top.
